Very good service, prompt reply. Special thanks to the front desk for receiving courier for me prior to my arrival and sending my adapter home which I left in the room.

It had its own food street and very quiet. If you're looking to shop its connected to the Galaxy Macau. There are plenty of shops, easy access to shuttle buses but far walk from hotel to get to the shuttle bus area.

Lovely big rooms & great breakfasts. Cleaners tidied but didn’t make beds.

Big room. Quiet. Bus stop is just right outside the hotel. Breakfast is included which saves us some money since Macau isn’t cheap. It even provides free shuttle bus to the hotel from the HZMB bus terminal. Overall it is a nice place to stay. Recommend.

Near Galaxy and other casinos nearby like The Parisien. Only disadvantage is that convenience shop at food street of hotel closes so early at 10 pm. A KK shop is about 600 meter away. Staff was unable to tell you where it is located. The "food street" is nothing much, at least one good pub open. Overall the surroundings is deserted at evening
