It’s nice they have 24 hr gym and laundry room. But there are only 2 small washers, I have to wait for a long time for a washer became available.

Main complain is the slow wifi speed. Had to resort to using the room LAN point.

I wanted to give it an excellent rating, as the service and room was very good. But, what really pissed me off, is that the wifi was really bad. The reception in my room either was very intermittent or none at all. I have to spend time trying to "hunt" for different network, which was very frustrating.
For an oversea business traveller, wifi is a given in any good hotel. It is part of services to the hotel guest. But Hotel Tango really was a letdown here.
