Nice service, great hot spring!

Great service and lots of amenities
Posted 19 Feb 2019 on HotelsCustomer service was great even before arrival. I contacted via email to request an infant crib (cot) a few days before arrival. And customer service responded positively within 24 hours.
Upon arrival, check in was smooth and the usual great customer service attitude. They even offered infant bathing bucket and bottle sterilizer. And they are all well provided when we opened the hotel room.
Room was spacious enough and fantastic hot spring inside the bathroom. The only down side was the lack of chairs. The only seating was the bench at the bed.
The only surprise was the fire drill during the day. The alarm was extremely loud and scared the infant horribly.

Location difficult to find suggests signage for driver on the right side of the road as well

Gym and kids area need to he improved.

Good in-room hot spring bath
