I satisfied with the service of hotel provided, but I felt so disappointed that they didn’t have the laundry facilities inside the hotel because I stayed at Taichung for six nights. But it has a 24 hours self-service laundry near the hotel. I think the hotel needs to update this information in the hotel website.

Great location, pleasant staff and spacious rooms. However the rooms were dirty and grubby and the whole place felt dated.

Reasonable
Posted 18 Feb 2020 on HotelsPrice and location were great. Near the 台中站, the main station, but not noisy at night. Familymart across the street. Breakfast was not bad, although 茶葉蛋 was better at convenience stores. Cleanliness was actually not good. When we enter the room, found some hair in the toilet or on the floor.. I also think staff should smile more. Anyway, it was reasonable.

Clean room but smells like MILDEW
Posted 25 Jan 2020 on HotelsThe location is really close to the metro station. The only compliant i had is the smell in the rooms. Its like the carpet needs to be cleaned . Smells like mildew.

Posted 6 Dec 2019 on HotelsThe staff was very friendly. The breakfast was average. The room was simple and comfortable. one concern we had was with the strong cigarette smell on the hallway + the room, even though the hotel doesn't allow smoking.
