Beautiful Respite
Posted 14 Nov 2018 on HotelsReally beautiful area.....nice and natural...yet, the morning's peace was broken, disturbed by a "blower". These machines create slot of unhealthyness in the air and they are very detrimental to one's health. Due to the pollution that these blowers create, I could not enjoy my breakfast in the beautiful garden outside and had to gulf down a few bites inside.. I request the owners to only use the blowers when the guests have left.

Thank you for your feedback. Vanilla House is located in the forest. The butler also provides a choice for the guests to eat in the park. However, the Lavender Forest Park partners will arrange the environment before the opening of the garden and use the blower to finish the arrangement. The environment is to shorten the finishing time as much as possible. The purpose is to let the travellers in the park enjoy a clean and tidy environment. The partners will avoid the areas that do not affect the guest activities and adjust the work to adjust the finishing area. I am sorry to let you in the morning. Experience has a bad feeling.

希望改進隔音
Posted 21 Mar 2020 on Hotels隔音非常差，晚上睡覺都睡不著，因為一直聽到客廳的人在說話，除此之外，也聽到隔壁房間洗澡的聲音，實在傻眼，到凌晨兩點才全部安靜 整個要崩潰

整個園區規劃極佳！
房間很乾淨舒適，房間外的共享空間很舒適溫馨，可以讓人完全放鬆。
早餐可以攜帶野餐籃至薰衣草森林的任意空間享用，在大自然中享用早餐的感覺棒極了，孩子們超級喜歡。
