The Head security Guard,was really rude. That is why ,I will not stay there again.

The best part was the lake view balcony. The apartment was nice . The deal breaker is the ridiculous process required to use the pool and recreation facilities. They wanted us to walk half a mile to the farthest part of the property to pay for the pool. For that reaso we will book elsewhere next time

As we state in our welcome email, It's important to note that while we provide apartments, the policies and administration of amenities such as the pool are set by the property administration. We understand and share your frustration with the process required to access these facilities as it impacts on our guest comfort, we have raised it with the building management several times however being a local company they are hostile to advise from people they regard as outsiders.

An Average Room but Taal Lake View is Superb

Amazing view of Taal Lake but wifi & TV connections were not good … please get rid of small roaches.

As highlighted in your response our apartment has an amazing view of Taal lake it is also larger than other units in the same building so perhaps you can inform us of what basis you judge it on to declare that it is average. We understand that factors such as wifi and TV connections are essential components of a pleasant stay, and we regret any inconvenience you may have experienced. It is important to note that the challenges with wifi and TV connections in a mountainous location are not unique to our property; they are common issues faced by all accommodations in Tagaytay. As we are not the direct providers of these services, our ability to address these concerns is limited. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.Regarding the issue of roaches, we sincerely apologize for any discomfort you may have encountered. In tropical conditions, managing pests can be a challenge, and we are actively working to address this concern. Our housekeeping team has been alerted, and measures are being implemented to minimize the presence of small roaches.It's essential to clarify that while we take great care to maintain the cleanliness of our properties, areas outside our control, including those adjacent to our units, may vary. We explicitly communicate this in our pre-arrival emails to manage guest expectations. We encourage guests to reach out to our onsite staff during their stay to promptly address any concerns.
