We had a room with a noisy fridge and they moved us to they 24 floor and a better room and scenery

Nice staff, room was surface level clean but dirty in corners, dresser was sticky on top etc.

Beautiful property, great art, rooms clean and attractive with good views. Good dining and entertainment options in the area, good hotel bar and restaurant. Really affordable for what you get at this hotel - especially in this area.

Very upscale, staff very professional. The restaurant is excellent. Sadly for the price there is no included breakfast. Nice exercise room.

I loved all the touch pads in the elevators and the glass sculptures and spotlights on artists. It was also very convenient to the convention center where we spent most of our time.
