Awfully poor service and facilities. There was no water at some point neither their AC was functioning well. No WiFi at all! There was a cockroach and worm in the bathroom floor which is so disgusting! The rate does not commensurate the comfort, service and facility. Such a waste of money.

The room was not cool despite AC. Not comfortable and with only one pillow. Bathroom did not flush. Will not stay there again. Staff were nice and breakfast was good.

Budget hotel in diwntown area

There have been a small confusion in our room but finally they gave us a bigger room and not the smaller room. Their rooms are just right for the price of what we paid for. The hotel is near the public market. Good for budget traveller .

When i arrived there i ask the guards where is the hotel entrance and i saw girls setting on the stairs. Their is a sari-sari/grocery store below the hotel which makes it convenient for the guests. The hotel staff are nice especially the owner, i think and the guy who keep assested me. The room is okay but when i look into the towels looks soo old, dirty and smelly. Their is no shower and only small water drip from the faucet. About the toiletress, they only give me a round of tissue and small bar of body soap. The aircon is soo noisy, i can’t even sleep well.

Hotel in downtown, but needs improvement.

Bathroom floor always wet because of some leak, sink awkward to use because of door placement. I hit my head on the mirror shelf when i brush my teeth. If one is physically unfit, an effort to walk up to the rooms which are on the 3rd floor. Free breakfast is a cup of fried rice, fried egg, pork tocino which was mostly fat, and premixed coffee.
