Liked the location. Staff were friendly. Facilities were clean. Aesthetic of the room wasn’t great with pipes and concrete overhead already low ceiling and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Good for the price

Great location and close to the city. Short walk to Museum station and the Australian Museum which is the main reason we stayed there. The room was modern, clean and very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning soon!

As a solo female traveller, I would say that this was a convenience and great place to stay. I took a train from the airport to the hotel. It was close to Museum train station (5min walk) and overall, I felt very safe walking around, especially at night. It is easy to get to the tourist attractions via train, bus or Uber. I just took the train everywhere as it was more convenient and affordable. The breakfast was basic, but good. I have no complaints. My room was a decent size and very clean. I was also able to check in early, which was a bonus as I had been travelling for over 16 hours. The construction had stopped so I had no issue with the elevator/lift. I would say that you can hear people talking in the halls or the doors closing in the morning, but it didn’t bother me. I really liked that a hairdryer and straightener was provided. No amenities so if that’s your thing, this isn’t the hotel for you. I didn’t rent a car, but the car park is 5-7min walk away. Probably better to pay at the lot itself than the hotel as I heard it was cheaper. I would say that the population of the hotel was older so if you’re looking for a place to meet people under 35 years old, this may not be the spot for you. Overall, I am very happy with my stay and would stay here again.
