Great place to stay, very clean and room was beautiful. Very convenient as zoo pass was included. Honestly found it hard to check in and get pass and hard to find our room but other than that would definitely stay again!

Incredible stay to rest and refresh for our first few days in Sydney after a long flight from vancouver. The koala dining right outside our hotel window was the best but after that I can’t choose. The views of the city the sanctuary tour and the night tour of the connecting zoo all were just perfect. The staff were so welcoming and made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Wonderful experience! The room included a short tour to their animal sanctuary. We went for a night walk through the zoo with one of the keepers, that is offered to the guests. Our room overlooked the kangaroo area, so early the next morning, we watched the keep feed the kangaroos from our room.
Great drinks and a beautiful balcony that shows the whole Sydney skyline and harbor bridge, to enjoy those drinks and watch the sunset.
Breakfast was included and the restaurant has great views of Sydney. Really nice breakfast!
We entered the zoo for free the next day and we were the first ones in, which allowed us some private time to watch the animals before the crowds arrived. Overall great experience!
