Hair dryer was terrible burned my hair because of wrong outlet… washroom set up terrible no room to put your essentials… bed had no sheets…they change bed every 3 days… for price $300 a night not worth it .. so disappointing.

Overall first impressions were very good. Front office staff are efficient and the decor is pleasing to the eye, but their version of a suite is what I would call a studio and when they say mini bar is all inclusive the variety is very minimal. The water pressure in the room is not great at all. The fridge is tiny so there is no option to store a bottle of wine as an example. The in room dining and beverages doesn’t commence until 5pm and the lack of options for alcohol is beyond ridiculous. No cocktails, no spirits, very very limited wine options; no cheese boards etc are on offer. The bar downstairs is the only option if you want to buy anything decent to drink. On a positive note, the bed is super comfortable, the bed linen is beautiful and the pillows are amazing. Late checkout at 12pm is also very nice.
The suite although spotless and attractive, resembles more of a studio (it’s tiny compared to the price paid). For the pricing and reputation of Hilton I would expect more.

There was some used Qtips underneath the toiletries drawer! It was not replenished. Went to an event in the restaurant. Food was good. There was also complimentary water, snacks.

Good location. Rooms are very small for 2 people. No where to put clothes or suitcase.
