Service and rooms were great. The only downside is the almost constant rumbling of the train.

The Hotel was convenient to North Sydney Station. My problem (with a 'botched' Knee replacement) was the steep steps up to the hotel with my overnight bag. I use a walking stick. It was suggested I could have negotiated the steep path beside the driveway to the rear of the hotel, however, I think that may have been more difficult. The staff very kindly upgraded me to a 'view' room which pm was just the most sight to behold. All in all a great stay - I will stay again when I need to consult Royal North Shore Hospital at St. Leonards.

Awesome views of Sydney harbor and bridge, very helpful staff, easy to get to Circular Quay and CBD, charming neighborhood to explore, right at the train station though you can’t hear the trains.

The View Hotel is our go to hotel when visiting Sydney. Great location and convenient for all public transport and, of course, the View.

Dated property, outsourced cleaners. My sheets were stained with what looked like blood, the milk in my fridge was open with the flap pushed down, the TV didnt work, I rang for room service for coffee and the phone rang out, then I rang reception and was hung up on. Bottled water is not free!! and I was still charged considering the terrible standard that I paid for. I wasnt offered any compensation and I was going to book again for two more visits to Sydney, I most certainly won't be now. Very disappointing

Just one thing made me very disappointed, which is my room window was very dirty so although the view from my room was good but I can’t make a good photo or video. I was really annoyed because I booked the room for the view but the rest all good.

Stunning view!!!! Truly amazing. But, nowhere to grab a coffee in the morning and overpriced parking.
