Lady at the reception with blue hair and eyes was lovely when we checked in at 10pm. Instructions to find parking was easy. Hotel 2-3min walk to Wynyard station. The hotel is a little old and could definitely use some TLC but overall, I would say pretty value for money.

I really liked this hotel. They were able to get me an early check-in, which was very welcome after 22 hours of flying. I stayed twice in the span of a week, and was also able to store my luggage between stays. The rooms were huge, and had nice balconies. The shower was excellent (showers are a big deal for me). There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, as was Darling Harbor. I’d def purely stay there again. I just gave to figure out how to get back to Australia.

We were really disappointed with the cleniness of the property, the room smelt like urine and the bedroom carpet had the terrible smell of urine. the bathroom was not very clean, the overall cleanliess of the room wasnt great. The reception didn't tell us the address of the parking lot when we first enquired about it. so went to the wrong address had to call the reception number multiple times to find the car park and then navigate how to enter the car park as signage is extremely unclear. The lift was broken so didn't know which floor you were on. im glad we only stayed 1 night. walking distance to Brangeroo restaurants was good.

This place was amazing. Reasonable price and excellent facilities. All the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view, kitchen even a washer and dryer. If you are going to Sydney and need to be near Circular Quay, this is the place to stay.

Well appointed unit which was close to Circular Quay. Friendly staff and very clean. The only issue that the entrance is on Jamieson Street and isn't noted on any advertising. This made it a little difficult for us because we arrived late and weren't familiar to the area.

We liked the size of our apartment and the level it was on (Level 26) Liked the service by Shari in looking after us. Liked the spa and pool area (pool cold though and spa stopped working) Liked the area the hotel is in although it can be noisy with traffic, construction work and air cond plants nearby We disliked the fact the pools were out of service for half the stay. The service people for the pool seemed to take a long time coming and then fixing the pools.

It is super easy to get around the city with trains, trams and ferry’s all in walking distance. Our room was clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful

This is an old building - and looks to have been converted from apartments to a hotel format. It is showing its age.
