Property was older but perfect for our needs. We had a two bedroomed apartment on floor 22 so excellent views. Check in was friendly and efficient. Area is safe- close to train station and Westfield.. Sydney was at our fingertips. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Property was old and dirty, especially walls and floor. Bathroom had hair still in shower on wall and floor tiles. Booked for 4 - second bed was not made up and only towels for 2 provided.

The room was filthy, you couldn’t see out the windows, the bath had someone elses hair in the Deakin, the doors were falling off in the kitchen and there were fleas and bed bugs - don’t stay here. The staff are untrained and they are incredibly short staffed.. needs a complete overhaul and for close to $900 for two nights, it’s a complete ripoff.

Great location and the 2 bedroom apartment is a great room for a family of 4 with separate kitchen lounge and dining areas.

Disappointed that the website said it was 14mins drive to circular quay spent a lot on Ubers as not close to the city. However great for local convenience if you know the area. All my group complained the beds were un comfortable.

Arrived at 1400 and told the room wasn’t quite ready and the hotel would call when available. Drove around Chatswood for 2 hours with no call so returned to hotel at 1600 and the room was ready finally. Shower had a heap of pubic hair in one corner and the dining table was filthy. Not sure why the room took so long to clean when evidently it wasn’t cleaned. Advised reception of this and they didn’t seem to care other than to say sorry. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. The Sebel used to be nice but the current owners have just let it run down.
