Rooms very comfortable, nice range of toiletries shower choices of 2 shower heads was lovely Bed very comfortable Nice views I had a corner room Tea and coffee making ok could have had a chocolate sachet as well as no hot chocolate available on room service

Beautiful iconic hotel in Sydney. Great location. Lovely updated room. Awesome king size pillows. Great service. Looking forward to our next stay :)

Room was a good size, bathroom was very modern for an older property, hood location for our needs, free minibar (replenished daily) with water, soda and juice was a nice addition. Enjoyed the Irish Bar on the first floor - good food and music. Would stay here again.

Grace Hotel is in a great location, but when i checked into my room vomit (or something worse) was all down the side of the toilet and had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned again. Room service took almost an hour and one morning there was no hot water, i called and guest services said oh yeah its broken.. we are looking at getting it fixed, no apology, no acknowledgment etc. Overall for the price point Sydney CBD has better hotels.

We were here 25 years ago and came back as location and hotel was fabulous as always. All renovated, beautiful linens etc

My specific request for a room was not ready when I arrived. However, another room, which is slightly smaller, was ready. I was surprised to walk in the room with my room temperature set for me. That’s remarkable. I was given a late checkout by the duty manager after I had to go down to reception and asked to speak to the duty manager following a male reception staff refused and was very rude how he communicated and handled our conversations in person at the reception and phone conversation as well. Many thanks to Salma and other staff, Jade, Tessy who had been very courteous in our interactions. I could have left a negative feedback just based on the male reception staff behaviour but chose to give this hotel another chance since I stayed here for many times and also a reward member.

Like the renovated rooms, spacious and clean. Last day no hot water. Could not even shower. No compensation, no prior notice!

Excellent location for CBD shopping and getting around. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Chose an internal room & although there was no view it was quiet. Service was very helpful and friendly.
