We had a great stay! Was super clean & the staff were friendly. Great location right near Theatre, restaurants & tram. Would definitely be going back !

Great location.Friendly staff.Beds were very comfortable.Clean amenities.Only negative for us were the pillows,they were a bit to high for us.We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Capitol Hotel. It is very convenient to the city and easily walkable to all major attractions. It is quiet and safe. We would definitely return.

Room is small, for long stay, you need to do basic washing but no where to find place to hang. Overall is ok, no complains ☺️

Conveniently located but the staff were inexperienced and lacked customer service skills necessary for the job.

A boutique hotel that just ticks many boxes-beds made out of clouds, modern and chic and our room was blissfully quiet after a long day at work. Staff are always smiling and overall customer service was perfect.

I booked this hotel for my family, and I wasn't there, but my entire family told me that they enjoyed their stay very much.
In particular, they said that the staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating, and the adults and children were treated very well by all staff members.
My family are pretty well travelled, so they have a lot of experience to judge hotels by, and they rate the Capitol Hotel very highly.
