Check in staff was not much helpful in providing info on bus service to the airport or what bus number serves the stops near the hotel...Room was very cold, no facility to warm it...

The place was quite noisy and while the reception staff were polite the local restaurant didn't provide good service

Close to airport but shuttle bus is terrible as it is operated by a third party.
