Staff service in general is very good. Just the waitress and barista at the dinning area were having some frustration due to too many orders. I could only order my coffee through waiters.

Each room has its own unique room layout. Absolutely beautiful. I have been in many hotels around the world and truthfully this is the overall best hotel I’ve stayed in.

$1100 room holding fee was worth more than the stay. Booked through expedia was good but was charged $19.46 credit card fee bey the hotel without knowing 😑. If you book for an agreed price should not be charge extra fees by the hotel. I am disputing with the hotel.

This is such a beautiful hotel. I travel a lot and I couldn’t find a flaw. Extremely clean, luxuriously comfy beds, gorgeous rooms, lovely staff and fantastic location. This would be a wonderful hotel for a special occasion or staycation as it really feels luxurious. Highly recommend for any kind of traveler.
