Our roomy was so lovely! It was a great location to access the Circular Quay area but also the CBD and Botanical Gardens Park. We were in Sydney for several days, and we were able to walk to all the top tourist attractions.
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay was top-notch!

We were recognized as VIP. If I could offer anything, it would be to clean mold in shower grout more frequently and have much faster coffee service in the restaurant.

Arrived a day before a cruise out of Sydney. Very welcoming atmosphere in the hotel. Could have taken train from airport and walked to the hotel but it was raining heavily so we took a cab. Very pricey option. Hopefully we'll be taking train when we leave. Very close location to restaurants and other sights in the area. Will be staying here on our way back home! Highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived early and were able to check in early. Great location. Comfortable room. Staff checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Wonderful stay!

Wonderful hotel, great location and fabulous service. In house dining was very nice and great value too. Close to cbd shops and to waterfront. Will stay again

Hotel was in a great location. Bit of an older property. Technology in room was very old. Not able to cast to tv. Breakfast too expensive for what they had. Plan to eat elsewhere.

Dear Lauren,thank you for your review, this is much appreciate as it enables us to refine our service and business to continue improving.We appreciate that our property is older due to its heritage features and we have plans to re-invest in upgrades to various areas in the coming year.My apologies that you found the technology too old, I am unclear if there is certain areas of concern, as we offer Foxtel for Business along with casting features, QR code access for dining options, WIFI throughout the hotel and other connectivity options within our guest rooms.I also appreciate the expectation of value in our breakfast area. While we offer our popular full buffet, we also have a la carte options if you require a more limited menu - however I have asked our Food and Beverage manager to review our pricing to ensure we offer a range of value pricing.Lauren, thank you again for your feedback and I hope that you may select the Radisson Blu on a future occasion.Kind RegardsPeter Tudehope
