We arrived to hear we had been upgraded. We had a lovely stay at the Pullman Quay which was clean and modern.

A lovely stay for family of 4. Excellent location for opera house, and very pleasant and helpful staff.

So much to love about the Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbor! Location, location, location! Right near Circular Quay ferry access as well as Circular Quay trains/trams. Beautiful location right on Sydney Harbor with views of the Sydney Harbor Bridge. Staff were exceptional friendly, helpful and welcoming!

This hotel was suitable for a single night pre cruise, and was clean enough. We just found the furnishings and paintwork very tired and in need of a thorough revamp. The balcony and views overlooking the cruise terminal on the other hand was first class.
