Liked the price for convenience in city, and walkability to shops and transport. Rooms were in okay condition, but were cleaned well.

All room facilities were ok except one power point was not working where you use the kettle.

Prepaid for room.. but were still required to provide $200 credit card , which apparently takes up to 2weeks to clear! Ridiculous considering we were in room well under 24hrs. Stayed at a further 5 accommodations during our holiday , none of which required this hold. Also bedroom was extremely tiny..very cramped .. but comfortable

Bathroom was clean. Bed sheets looked white and clean, however once I turned the lights off to sleep and had the bed side lamp on, I could see lots of stains as on both sheets (the one on the mattress and under the quilt). It was after midnight and tried to call reception and the given mobile number. Got no answer. Took the sheets off and used the quilt only. mentioned this to the reception at the checkout. Despite I was in the room for less than 10 hours to sleep, they keep $200 deposit for 14 days!!! Very disappointing.

Furthermore, the pre-authorisation amount is frozen in your account within 14 days depending in your financial institution. Otherwise, we do have cash deposit option which is returned immediately after check-out. Great clean place. They even made me a cupocino coffee on arrival. Great seeveice. Close to everything convience transportation. Love this location will be my go to next time in in Sydney.

Elevator was not working when I arrived but it was fixed two days later. Room was not vacuumed or toilet paper replaced, AC stopped working randomly, not coming on at all., bugs inside room, not a USB Charger 🔌
