The location was great - being so close to Central Station and our coach's location. Extremely helpful staff with travel and food queries. Happy to store our bags after checkout - for a $2 fee per bag.

Pros: Clean and firendly staff. Rooms have had refresh in older building.
Cons: Elevator could be renewed
Location: Great spot, close to station and surrounding night life. Would stay here again.
Nice hotel, no real issues to complain about, small rooms but if you just need a place to sleep thats fine. Hotel staff friendly. Rooms are clean.
Could do with an upgrade on lift, very old and slow.

Location: dont know only slept overnight
manager tried to convince us that his uncles eatery which only served indian currys was the only food outlet close by ended up getting k f c after a short walk when i returned the place was closed i rang night bell waited about 5 minutes all this after being on train for 14 hours

Good location, comfortable room

Pros: Comfort, location
Cons: Cleaners were very noisy in the mornings in neighbouring rooms. Towels had a weird smell to them, kind of like burned rubber.
Location: Near Central Station and various shops. Close to the Powerhouse Museum
Comfortable room in a good location right near Central Station.

The curtain in the room let all the light come into the room, it was bright in the room early in the morning.
It was during Christmas, they had a reduced team of cleaning ladies, so the bed hasn't been made during all our stay (4 nights)

Very noisy room next to a/c unit on 1st floor and to make matters worse the lift was not working so had to lug 23kg suitcase upstairs and down on a very hot day with no help from staff

Pros: The friendly staff
Cons: full length mirror in the room
Location: very central to the city
Staff were friendly and helpful. I wish there had been a full length mirror as I was getting ready for a firm's night out. The room was quite small but comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

Pros: A haven from the city
Location: Next to Central Railway Station, plenty of cafes around, city circle rail travel makes all of CBD in walking distance, this from a disabilty pensioner
Very friendly and helpful staff, spotless, comfy room. Plenty of different food experiences nearby or just hop on a city circle train to get to a favorite restaurant
