We really enjoyed our stay at Kith Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is modern and comfortable, and it’s in a great location.
The reason I gave 4 stars is because my room wasn’t cleaned after our first night. After our second night, the room was cleaned, but the bed covers were just thrown over the bed. The bed wasn’t made properly, and the ‘fitted’ sheet (which was just a flat sheet covering the mattress) had come off the bed and was all crumpled. There was no effort to make the bed. I didn’t raise this with the hotel - I’m sure they would have gotten it fixed up straight away if I’d said something.
Other than the housekeeping, the hotel was excellent and we would definitely stay here again!

Nice but small room, quiet area but an unnecessary policy of exacting a security deposit and being unable to contact them over charging my card.

Sorry that they had problems with hot water & electricity. The staff was fabulous.
