The staff were very helpful, the rooms were clean and there's a supermarket opposite the hotel which was convenient as the food options nearby we're limited. The only problem with the room is that the air conditioner is not that good so at night the room was warmer than I would like.

Located in the center of new city area, new, modern and advanced facilities, considerate staffs, great experience during my stay.

Nicely located next to Suzhou Center Mall. Nice selection of restaurants around and comfortable beds!

Great stay, bad plumbing.
Posted 7 May 2023 on HotelsEverything was great in the beginning, we were upgraded and really appreciated that. However on the second night, we went out to dinner and came back to a flooded bathroom that was leaking. It took a while for someone to come and figure things out, and we were told they could not fix it in short time so we had to pack our bags and go to a different room. That was quite annoying, but other than that, the hotel staff were nice and the hotel has got a good gym.
