Hotel is walking distance from the station. some staff were nice but other staff were just playing on their phones and for a 4-5 star hotel, it doesn’t feel welcoming. gym was great except for some people (visitor) inside the gym screaming which ruined the experience. The bathroom amenities were okay but they have toothbrushes without toothpaste which was abit weird. not really fond of the open glass toilets where people can see everything you do and the wooden sliding doors to enter the toilets.

staff needs professional training - esp., luggage helpers. first impression from a long trip to hotel, traveler often times needs luggage helper but when I arrive and leave, none volunteers with pleasure even if being asked. I had to wait for a while and got an impression that they are doing unnecessary work.

Connected to many shops and dining options. The hotel is showing signs of age. It needs to renovate.

Modern hotel, nice fitness center, great buffet restaurant, and very helpful staff. It's also connected to the amazing AK Plaza shopping mecca and metro station. Must be the best option in Suwon!

기찻길때문에 소음이 좀 있고 이동할때 엘리베이터를 갈아타는 게 불편함 청소가 잘 되어 있지 않아 찝찝했음
