The food was limited and not that good. Early morning cockroaches in the room when you turn the light on. Staff were amazing. Tried their best curry was the worst. Room cleaners made the beds excellent. Pool very exposed

Awesomeness in Suva!

Air conditioner vents needed a clean, but overall excellent condition, service and stay. We’ll definitely be back again to stay!

Attention to detail were lacking in the cleanliness of the room I stayed in. Saying that, the hotel staff were outstanding with their service.

The stay at tanoe was alright i wouldnt say perfect. The only person that was doing anything was deepika. Room conditions were alright. Cleaning staff did a good job. One experience to share while dining for lunch a unknown person walked in wishing us happy new year and was selling products. That right there is unacceptable as we never know who or what that person can be accapable of. Staff and security allowed this to happen. Security needs to alert one particular person was seen on their phone and werent paying attention as who comes and goes. Breakfast was alright just need to lay attention when to remove old food or open packets away. We were charged for services that we didnt get. We ordered a drink and it was not available but we got charged we retified it with deepika and she made the correct adjustments. Also they need to update their room service menu as they did not have half of the things that was listed. Which is misleading to its guest.Overall it was an okay experience
