We loved the resort. However did not have our room cleaned once over the 4 days by house keeping and no fresh towelling daily.
There was no coffer mugs only paper cups and cheap coffer and tea selection.
Toilet paper was placed upside down on the toilet roll holder and the grout in the bathroom was dirty on the floor and in the shower.
The restaurant and reception staff were amazing and provided excellent food and service.
We had an amazing experience and there was so many activities provided we would love to stay at Pelican Waters Again in the future.

Room was a decent size incl bathroom.
Beds were comfy.
Only thing I was concerned about was coming back Sunday afternoon to find our door wide open. Nothing taken or seemed different from when we left.. Afyer hours Staff were lovely to get back to me - that it was most likely housekeeping as they are only ones who have keys to access rooms.

Resort was great! Pretty quiet considering it was school holidays. Great pool and pool service. Good food from the restaurant was delicious with big portions.

Skinny room with good size balcony with view. Bed was super soft. Fixtures (light switches, bathroom sink, cupboard doors) were broken, crack or dislodged. My suspicion is original room since the resort opened, and is due for minor room renovations and update of in-room facilities. No USB switches (ensure you bring own plug). Important note for disable or elderly, there is high floor ridge into bath/shower and to the balcony.
*Only stayed one night and did not use hotel facilities.
