The waterpark and facilities are great. Also great and convenient having a restaurant onsite.

Cockroach in the room. Food not fresh and limited.

Mixed feelings about the stay. NO ROOM SERVICE AND WE SATYED FOR 6 Nights. Property is old and feels dirty. Breakfast is Average. Majority of the staff is just busy and don’t care around them.
Only good part is the water park and other kids activities. Woolworths is opposite and very close to few fast food joints.
Don’t think will stay again.

Great location, plenty of activities for the kids. Clean and quiet rooms. Friendly staffs. Will definitely come back again.

Executive studio lovely, great bed
Only complaint was the mini fridge, freezer was frosted over and froze some of my food
This is a family resort, go somewhere else if you would like a quiet kid free pool experience
Kitchenette has kettle, toaster, microwave, needs an electric frypan

This would have been the perfect little family getaway back in the day. But at the moment it needs some maintenance and some TLC. The excutive family rooms had mould on the ceiling and musty smell (we changed to 2 different rooms and all had the same issue). The waterpark was rusted and broken in places which is a hazard for little hands and feet. And general upkeep of the pool/slides/grounds left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was ok but short on options (same thing everyday) - would be nice to see a little variety.
My parents stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment which was a lot nicer, no mould, had a little kitchenett and balcony as well as a washer and drier you could use for free. Location was really good, short walk/drive to some great restaurants and a little swimming area perfect for kids called happy valley with playground.
