Hotel had some renovations going on , but wasn’t a problem, gals at front desk were excellent and helpful, decent breakfast, was good location for Strasbourg

Cómodo hotel muy cerca de la estación de trenes, dos aspectos hacen que los califique bajo: 1 el desayuno puede mejorar, 2 nos tocó un día lluvioso y solicitamos un paraguas (muy habitual en los hoteles prestártelo) de plano me lo ofrecieron pero con cargo y renta de 10 euros x cada uno (necesitábamos 4). Estoy de acuerdo con que te pidan un depósito para asegurar que lo devuelvan pero de plano cobrarte renta fue de mal servicio a quien esta hospedado contigo

It is very popular and much appreciated by our other guests. , which is very popular and appreciated by our other guests. As a 3-star hotel, we have focused on the quality of our products. For your information, breakfast is always included in every reservation and there are no supplements, as may be charged in other hotels. Our bread and Viennese pastries are delivered each morning by our artisan baker, and include Alsatian specialities such as mini Stolle, mini Alsatian streussel, mini pains au chocolat and mini croissants. Our scrambled eggs are prepared each morning by our kitchen staff (who can add salt and pepper to taste), and are not industrially produced. . the knack sausages come from a local butcher's, the tea and yoghurt and cereals are organic, the coffee machines use real ground coffee beans from RECK and are of premium quality, we also have various cheeses and fresh fruit and farmhouse fruit juices.We are sorry that you are disappointed with the umbrella service for which a deposit is required. Indeed following lot of losses and umbrellas not returned or broken, we are now obliged to request a guarantee deposit per umbrella. This is a service offered by our hotel. The umbrella is not paid for, the deposit money is returned at the end of the stay, once the umbrella has been returned.Best Regards,

This property is under construction and they gave us a room right next to a room that was under construction. There was nonstop drilling and hammering in the morning. We asked to move our room, but they kept on saying it was sold out. We requested for the manager and finally moved us to a lower level room. We paid more for the premium room; however, did not get the same room. They gave us $17 for “credit” which was not equivalent amount for the difference. This stay was not satisfactory at all

We would like to apologise for the fact that our service did not fully meet your expectations. The hotel was fully booked on your first night, and a solution has been provided. Indeed you booked a Privilege room and the second night you have been relocated to a superior connecting room with lovely view of station. This explains the reimbursement of the category difference between superior and privilege of 15 per room. On the day of departure, you told us that everything had gone smoothly, but we regret that you didn't dare tell us when you validated the superior, so that we could find other solutions.We are continuing our renovation work to improve our services. Great hotel situated close to the railway station and hence easy to find. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.We enjoyed our stay there.

Everything is close. There are several pretty good steak restaurants in the surrounding area. The central station is across the park. The Hotel is quite good if it weren't for the cleaning staff who spend their time harassing guests from 7 a.m. to clean the rooms. We were on the 3rd floor and even on the day of our departure, he entered the 2 reserved rooms several times to clean them without knowing about our departure. It was pure nosense, but the rest of the staff is collaborative.
