Very nice hotel with excellent staff just outside of the train station making transportation very good. It is about a quarter mile to the Grand Isle and easily walkable to the tourist area. I am glad I stayed there and would stay there again.

Posted 4 Jan 2024 on HotelsThe room on the 6th Floor was cold at first and the air conditioning was noisy and the bed uncomfortable. The magnetic card stopped working twice. Reception staff didn’t apologise.
I wanted a room on 1st or 2nd Floor as I have a phobia of lift.

Very friendly front desk staff, smooth check-in process. The room was underwhelming. Thin mattress, low ceiling, spray textured walls. Bath amenities are very limited, with no hand towels or face cloths. Only two bath towels in the room. No tissues, lotions or separate soaps, shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast items such as eggs and sausages were not replenished and/or empty. Coffee machines were convenient. Overall adequate but more basic than expected.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, bed comfortable however, the bathroom was small and a bit dated.

The hotel was very centrally located. The discounted parking pass did not work despite following the instructions meticulously.

This place is the hub of action in Strasbourg. It was clean, staff was friendly and was very walkable especially if your goal is the Le Petite France. Don’t think about it…just do it!!!
