Easy to get to via tram. Clean. Breakfast was good, but expensive. A little dissapointed the Spa element of the hotel is only open after 3pm.

*Spa facility closed until 3pm each day.
*Restaurant was closed entirely. None of this was mentioned before booking.
*To eat dinner you needed to eat elsewhere but there was few options around.
*Dried yellow crystalised urine all over the tiles around the toilet.
*Not even a complimentary bottle of water left in the room.
*TV in the lobby only showing a fashion channel. When asking to put a sports channel on I was told it is not possible.

One of the best in France!
Posted 17 Dec 2023 on HotelsThe room was excellent. It was very clean and well kept. I also loved the big windows and how big the room was. The hotel staff were super friendly and provided great customer service. The breakfast was great as well, they had a self serve open buffet. This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in France so far. I would definitely book again.

Rooms were comfortable, easy parking, but breakfast was mediocre at best. Staff were very helpful on the front desk and ok in the restaurant . Nice pool with pool towels in room and close to the tram service that runs every 10mins to the city, you can get your tickets from machine but make sure to tap in each time before you get on a tram.

Home away from home
Posted 30 Oct 2023 on HotelsI was on a business trip for 18 days in Strasbourg. I booked the 1st 7 days at Hotel Athena Spa in order to see if I could spend so much time at one hotel. There were a few things in the beginning which made me re-consider and move elsewhere but I decided to stay the full 18 days.
The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The restaurant, although a small selection had incredible food so all in all, it felt like my home away from home.

The best thing about the property is the front desk -- ever cheerful, ever helpful. The location is clean and quiet, but close to nothing: no restaurants, no shops, no facilities. The nearest thing to you is a tram stop about 400 metres away, and the nearest restaurants are one stop away from that. The proerty has only one restaurant, and on two of our four nights it was fully reserved for a tour group, leaving other guests to fend for themselves!

My stay was the first part of my 3 week business trip in Strasbourg. I booked for 8 nights before booking the remainder of my trip as I wanted to see if I could stay there for the full 3 weeks. I have found the staff very friendly, the facilities are good and a short tram ride to Strasbourg centre.
