The customer service reps at the counter was phenomenal and extremely friendly all the time

Super convenient position right by the central station where the airport express goes. Rooms were small but that was to be expected (you can see the pics before you book), and they were clean. The self check in process was easy and fast. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area.

Minimalist, that's all I needed. Right on top of the Arlanda Express to the airport. Perfect.

I stayed 6 nights at the hotel. Great location, friendly staff. It's not a luxury hotel, but affordable. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Convenient location just above train/metro station. Room was quiet but very small and not the cleanest.
