Nice hotel although I got my steps in walking to the "Tower 2" elevators! Staff were friendly and helpful. I love the fact that the hotel had large pump bottles to dispense shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion reducing waste from those little plastic bottles but...all the containers in our room were EMPTY! And I couldn't even get them off the wall to try to get the last drops out!

The shuttle service was very late. Front desk dodnt answer when i called untill 20th ring on 3rd call try. There was no bath gel or shqmpoo in shower. Only one wash cloth for 2 people. Breakfast was adequate

I pre paid for this property only to find out when we arrived at midnight that they had given our room away. Because we paid for the room through Expedia, we are having an issue getting a refund. This is an airport hotel, so I don't see why they aren't anticipating late night check in? If we hadn't paid for the room in advance, I could understand their reasoning with giving the room away.

I was told by desk clerk at check in, there was no shuttle from the hotel to airport or rental car area. Desk clerk was very unfriendly.

The lady at breakfasts buffet is very unfriendly. We seated for 10min and nobody was coming and offer tea or coffee. We have to go find her and ask for coffee. Well, she did bought a pot of coffee for us and left immediately. I have to go find her again and ask for milk or cream. We told her directly that her service is not up to Hilton standard at all.
