The facility is nice and the one desk clerk was very polite and helpful during our check-in. The only problem was there was only 1 desk clerk and LOTS of people waiting to check in. Make sure you have your patience pants on because it may take quite a while to finally get to that nice room!

The staff, especially Kitty, were incredibly kind and helpful. Very clean room with a nice pool, gym and (actually good)complimentary breakfast. This hotel is located close to airport with a great shuttle to and from the hotel.
I was nervous about the negative reviews, but im assured that those people were just complainers who look for any outlet to "watch the world burn". Great stay. Highly recommended!
