The apartment was fabulous. However the dishes had to be washed out in the bathroom sink. Lovely towels. As a group of three adults, the king bed was fabulous but the two bunks are in a very small room which was separated from the main room by a curtain. Free parking is in the car park next door. Great to have a lift.

Clean, comfortable, neat and well managed. The super king bed was plush, the room had all we could wish for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Hotels.com sent me an email (only 24hrs before check in) to say the booking was cancelled in high season! Not even a phone call from hotels.com. Took over 2hrs to rectify this. Hotels.com were not helpful but the communication with the hotel manager was fantastic and she helped get things finalised (lucky for us they had a room). The location is perfect for restaurants and a short drive to bay of fires. The hotel room was exceptionally clean. The mattress on my partners side had quite a dip in it so he wasnt comfy, but i slept like a baby haha!

We had 3 separate bookings with 2 young kids families, booked the whole Tasmania trip back in August for our Christmas trip. After long day of drive, we arrived around 8:30pm at the property. Upon check in, they told us they can’t find any of our bookings, Expedia didn’t send our booking through, and the hotel is full, none of us has a room. We were left on the street with nowhere to go at 9pm. Then she relocated us (1 family to a small granny flat style cottage at someone’s else property. The rest to a inn, rooms directly above a pub!) we had to check in at the bar with kids, there were 4 or 5 drunk people there. Not an environment we would choose for kids at all. We then contacted Expedia, and Expedia told us it was a double booking. Totally unacceptable situation! Ruined our holiday, & we had to quickly book something expensive for the second night last minute.
