The hotel is very dirty and they let people smoke in thw rooms. We had to sleep wih our alcony door open because the smell of smoke feom the neighboring room was so strong in pur room. The front desk did not offer any assiatance. Definitely a gross hotel that will be used in our family jokes when referncing a disgusting place.

I’stayed here several years ago and loved it ! Still do ! I do think the rooms could use a little update, but otherwise , very clean resort with a beautiful pool and entry to the beach.Staff are kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

VERY enjoyable stay. Rachel and JD and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything was very clean. The room smelled good and was nicely done. The bathroom and shower were especially nice for a hotel. The pool area and cabana were relaxing. The beach was among the best I’ve been to. Definitely would return!!! I highly recommend Guy Harvey Saint Augustine and frankly don’t understand the negative reviews.
