Lovely hotel with great sea view and really friendly staff. The gym was a decent size and the breakfast is brilliant.

Booked a twin / receptionist did not have a clue / no help with luggage / condition issues in some areas (would love to share pictures) / construction noise from outside which have been on-going for weeks and the hotel did not even tell us upon check-in or before and we were woken up by a shaking room and noise at 7am on both days. Really unpleasant - reception did not even seem really bothered about this fact. Hotel not even environmently friendly, as they use small toiletries and not no bulk amenities which is very outdated nowadays.

First off, great property and friendly staff. Food is good as well. The ONLY issue I had was that I set up a taxi through the hotel and when we arrived an hour late (no fault of the Radisson, obviously) there was no taxi. We got a taxi at the airport (there were plenty) but I do think the hotel should have kept in touch regarding transportation. Plus our taxi was cheaper than through the hotel.
