The rooms had no privacy whatsoever. It’s worthless that it was sea view because you can’t open the curtains. The windows open up to the hotel patio and are not tinted.
Breakfast was average with one self-service coffee machine for all the guests. You’d have to line up 15 minutes to get coffee. More if you asked the busy breakfast servers.
The rooms were well equipped and clean but tiny.

If you enjoy tranquility and luxury you will love The Ambasador. Watching the yachts come and go and enjoying the people using the promenade out front from our balcony was a wonderful thing. Looking across the water to the city was magical. The Ambasador is most likely the best place to stay in Split.

My first impression was check-in staff. Excellent personable and friendly. The room view was vast of the port and close to everything! Modern amenities and food outstanding. I travel the world and by far my favorite place!
