The pool area was adequate! the service was slow and sometimes non existent. one person serviced the whole area on a weekend.
the grounds are beautiful. it is quite confusing to find your room, but the housekeepers tried to be very helpful. we had a friend with limited mobility in our group. it was not a good choice for someone limited as you may have to walk quite a ways to your room or cottage. more appropriate for younger people and families.
the staff at the front desk were not extremely helpful. the wait to get into your room was long, but was before the 4pm check in. i think it's a lovely destination, but just not the right place for a group of women in their seventies.

This property isn’t in Sonoma square but it is close enough to walk. We really enjoyed our room and how quiet the hotel was.

Liked everything except the walk in showers in the cottages and the long time it took for hot water.

Great landscape and outside cottage sitting area.
Wonderful restaurant.
Inside cottage was old carpet and it wasn't clean well.
A little dusty furniture.
Small countertop area in the bathroom and surprise no hangers or knobs for towels ( only one).
Great that hotel had offers and discounts for local parks.
