The property was unclean and run down. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. The base moldings and kitchen cabinet area were broken or scraped up.You had to fight with management to get towels. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the gym. The property smelled. Toiletries were empty or very low.

Front desk staff never looked like well trained. Very brash and unwilling to clients. Not pleasant and not knowing how the smile. Rooms were very unfresh and so was the lobby with stale air. I felt always like when wouldy stay be over and when can I leave the property .this to me is very negative experience.

I liked that it is cloe to shopping, restaurants ect.

The gym and laundry room could be better. The hotel is in the process of renovating. So they could be better after renovation.
