A tad disappointed
Posted 30 Jan 2024 on HotelsHave stayed on and off now for 16 weeks, tried different rooms each time small, king, a couple with kitchen and sofa, although the rooms are cleaned they never vacuum, stains on furniture so always have to sit on a towel, they never replace the milk in fridge you always have to ask for it, shouldn't have to should i, Bar staff are very good the food is excellent, SPA facilities are fantastic good sized pool sauna and jacuzzi amazing massages to boot. Pricey I think to be honest, just not as clean as it should be for such a Hotel Chain my only disappointment
