The property was undergoing a renovation. Dust from construction made it difficult to breathe so we checked out early. No pool access!

The property is still under construction. Staff was not properly trained. At check in we were given a room that was not yet set up. It was storage. We took a picture of it. It was bad. The front desk didn’t even know the room was not meant for guests. Then they charged my credit card in full even though they said it was for incidentals. We told them we wanted to change our card at check out and they told us we’d be able to but we were not. Now I have to pay interest on the stay. They charged a resort fee even though there were no amenities available yet for use. The resort is beautiful but just not ready for guests.

We got a good deal since they are doing construction. Roccia at the front desk was great.

We received an upgrade for the night so that was nice. However, the next day service for breakfast took a really long time out at the bar outside. There was only one guy who was doing all the work.

Overall nice place but not a place to stay now! Too much renovation going on. No pool no restaurant very small bar that closes way too early!

Pool unfinished. ac dripping water from roof in restaurant, unfinished main lobby , no oceanfront room available despite having reservation
