Amazing hotel! Super attentive staff and fantastic views. If you get one of the deals with a good/drink credit, it is absolutely well worth the price

I was impressed by the high-end furniture and amenities, the well-stocked minibar and fruit, and the functional curtain and lighting controls. I was also thrilled to be given priority access to the bay view seats at the Lantern Bar. The breakfast menu at La Brasserie was more sophisticated than I expected. All the staff, from the doorman to the front desk, were super professional.

There were 2 occasions whereby the housekeeping staff entered the room while my family and I were in the room. I’ve always thought the usual practice was for them to knock on the door and only enter when guests are not in or when we request for the room to be clean. But my Do Not Disturb sign was on, and the housekeeping staff just entered the room, and upon seeing us closed the door.

Lovely hotel on waterfront. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great location for marina and Lantern rooftop bar great for watching light show.

It’s very difficult to find any fault with this hotel. The staff is outstanding and they seem to anticipate your needs. While you should expect food prices to be high, I felt in some instances it was a bit overboard. A cheeseburger, can of coke and a single espresso came to Sing $ 71.00, US $ 52.00. Otherwise I only can praise this hotel.

Cuatomer service was amazing at this hotel, they really go above and beyond. Would have liked a spa at the hotel but it was at neighboring property and dated, otherwise everything else was absolutely amazing and really felt like 5 star hotel luxury experience. Kudos to the staff!!!

I treated myself and stayed at Fullerton Bay and am glad I did. The location is perfect. My suite was amazing. I used the pool daily and in the evening sat on the roof deck relaxing. I used the gym twice. The breakfast was awesome. The staff so lovely. A beautiful property.

Amazing property right on the waterfront. Staff are well trained with great attention to detail. Balmain soaps, Bacha coffee etc. Amenities were also all of the highest quality. Great mixture of a heritage property and modernity
