The location seems a bit unsafe if you are coming from developed countries but is the opposite, there's a lot of people and even families so we felt very safe all the time, even late at night after 10pm. The location is great as you have paya lebar train station, for just 1,7sg you can go to anywhere, even marina bay or gardens by the bay, so don't waste money using grab. The station is juts 10min walking located in a very developed shopping mall, so you'll have everything you need close to this location. The building is a bit old but the rooms are big, also the bathroom, good shower pressure and hot water, not just warm as other hotels. They change towels every day and provide water. Also the super king bed was enough for 4, 2 adults and 2 kids. All good in this hotel. Recommended.

This is a gem place to stay. Not first class but affordable. Very good accommodation from Manager,Nico to all staff. Thanks much. Will share with friends going there. Keep it up.

Properly smells bad
Does not have ramp for luggage
They used old fashioned key to lock room doors
Bathtub is nasty
Ceiling have mould all over
Definitely not worth the money I paid
