Charming 1800's house in lovely Simsbury. Walkable dinning options. Close to historical sites. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Property ran down. Holes in wall and very outdated. Had to change rooms three times. First as they had us outside the B&B itself in a carriage house, which was not advertised and then 2nd room ac not working. Staff was polite and friendly, but rooms needed a huge update to them. Would not book again.

Should add non-slip surface to showers in carriage house! Things like wallpaper and grouting a bit tired, but cozy and quaint!
