Property and room were ok. As I read on other reviews, the staff needed to be told to come clean the room and change the bed linens. No stores (convenience or otherwise) within walking distance. No WiFi. Cable tv very basic. Would not have felt safe walking around at night.

Near Simala

It doesn't have any wifi but overall it is a good stay.

When I arrived there's nobody in the front desk I have to look for someone .I waited for an hour until someone finally showed up . Hotel seems like a ghost town .There's no one not even a guest. This is a very strange experience that I will never forget.

Nice place to stay.

I came here to visit family. This is a nice place to stay and it has its own restaurant. The food is good, but if you want to see the tourist area, you are best to have a guide, which I was able to get from the airport. The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel is clean and neat.

Hotel is overcharging customers

There was no Wifi at all. We had some arguments about the features. We booked a room for 4 people.The advert permitted this.The total price for four people explicitely mentioned in the advert and demanded from Hotels was not accepted by the Management.The next morning we were forced to pay 1200 Pesos extra. My counter arguments were not considered at all. I feel betrayed by Hotel.com
