Pillows in the room had a stench to them. Didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed because it made me question the cleanliness of the pillowcases and sheets. The shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly as well as the sink. The carpet in the room was dirty as well.

Hotel rooms need thorough cleaning and upgrades. Time to replace the wallpaper, carpet, mattresse, paint, gut. The main areas are just fine, but empty and bland. Need machines that produce player cards. Need a buffet again. 100x nicer than Sam's Town. Won't even walk into that casino again.

The elevators were super sketchy they were constantly breaking down. I booked a king room way in advance and they put us in a handicapped room. The fridge was frozen couldnt use it. The ice machine was broken. The halls upstairs smelled aweful like plumbing gone wrong. The cafe said it was open until 2am and they had it shut down.. 😒 The drinks were good the view was good.

The staff was great and the hotel was clean but the elevators were slow and went down a couple times.
