Best view in Shanghai but the building needs update. The vault wasn’t working but staff was great at fixing the issue. There’s two side of the building. Old and new tower.

Excellent hotel. Extremely clean and tastefully designed. Breakfast buffet was filled with options and so vast. Try Jade on 36 bar for a good view and nice cocktails.

For the price, there are lots of better options, this is simply too expensive for what it is, not the experience I had expected from a hotel like this.
