The sidewalk was torn up replacing water pipes near both entrances and the extremely rude moped drivers think they have right-of-way on the sidewalks over pedestrians. The property interior was very nice but many of the facilities (bar, lounge bar, etc.) were closed for renovation. Rooms and service were very good to excellent.

The hotel was clean and service was good. But they showed me 3 non-smoking rooms and all of them had smell of smoking. I had to open window and turn off air-conditioning as I suspect the smell came from the air-conditioning tunnel. They need to clean the carpets to remove the smell..
