Ability to get by without knowing Mandarin
Nothing to do with the hotel but some guests on my floor thought it was ok to have their kids running up and down the hall late at night.

okay but not the best
Posted 11 Oct 2023 on HotelsStayed here 4 nights, generally was okay, bed was very comfy, breakfast was okay, cleanliness also good, but there was this unpleasant smell on our floor of old damp carpets, there was signs of water leakage on the walls. But overall good value for money.

Staff was very welcoming and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast options and the executive lounge was an unexpected treat.
